These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at coralsoft.io (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website is operated by Coralsoft, the trading name of Maksym Bezditko, a private individual entrepreneur (фізична особа-підприємець, “FOP”) registered in Ukraine (“Coralsoft”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at hello@coralsoft.io.

The Website is an informational marketing site describing Coralsoft and its software development services (SaaS, EdTech, dating apps, and chatbot development), along with case studies and articles. It lets you contact us through a contact form and links out to third-party tools such as a scheduling page. The Website does not provide user accounts, payments, or any other transactional functionality.

The content on the Website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute professional advice or a binding offer. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Coralsoft.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and any disputes relating to them or to the Website are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine.
