01 · Our story

How Coralsoft started

Coralsoft was founded with the belief that founders deserve senior engineering talent without the overhead and slow delivery of traditional agencies.

Before Coralsoft, founder Max Bezditko worked as a senior software engineer across freelance, outsourcing agencies and product companies, delivering production software across multiple industries.

The turning point came after realizing that software teams could be structured differently: smaller, more experienced, founder-led, and deeply invested in every product instead of maximizing project volume.

The company's first client was CircleUp, an Israeli mental health startup.

As generative AI matured, Coralsoft fundamentally redesigned its engineering workflow around AI rather than treating it as another feature. The company invested heavily in internal AI education, experimentation, developer tooling and AI-assisted engineering.

Today Coralsoft helps founders validate products faster, reach market sooner and confidently scale successful software using AI-native engineering practices.
