Privacy Policy

Coralsoft (“Coralsoft”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is the trading name of Maksym Bezditko, a private individual entrepreneur (фізична особа-підприємець, “FOP”) registered in Ukraine. We operate this website at coralsoft.io (the “Website”).

This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at hello@coralsoft.io.

The Website is an informational marketing site — there are no user accounts. The only information you actively provide is through our contact form, where we collect:

• your name;
• your email address;
• the contents of your message.

We use this solely to read and respond to your enquiry. Your message is delivered to our inbox by email through our email provider (see “Service providers” below).

To give context to enquiries and to help prevent spam and abuse, when you submit the contact form we may also collect technical context on a best-effort basis: your IP address and approximate location (city/region/country) derived from it, your browser and device information, language and timezone, and the page you contacted us from. The form is also protected by Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish humans from automated submissions.

We use analytics tools (Google Analytics and PostHog) to understand how the Website is used and to improve it. These tools, and any non-essential cookies or similar technologies, are loaded only after you give consent through our cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

We also store a small amount of data in your browser’s local storage that is strictly necessary for the Website to work as you expect — for example, remembering your light or dark theme preference. This essential storage does not require consent and is not used to track you.

• to respond to your enquiries and communicate with you;
• to protect the Website and our form against spam, fraud, and abuse;
• with your consent, to measure and improve how the Website performs;
• to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

We share personal data only with the service providers that help us operate the Website, and only as needed for the purposes above. These include:

• Mailjet — delivery of contact-form emails (privacy policy);
• Google — Analytics and reCAPTCHA (privacy policy, terms);
• PostHog — product analytics, EU region (privacy policy);
• IP geolocation providers (ipify, ipapi.co, ip-api.com) — approximate location lookup for contact enquiries;
• Fly.io — website hosting (privacy policy).

Some of our service providers are located outside Ukraine and the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the providers’ own safeguards and contractual protections intended to keep your data secure.

We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics tools described above.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw any consent you have given. To make a request, email hello@coralsoft.io. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

The Website is intended for businesses and professional audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
